Dinner @ Rasa Sayang

Its family Birthday month~ So, the whole family, of coz, with my big bro's gf, Irene go for a grand dinner (I am the only 1 who doesn't have any income yet, so~ my job is just to eat and enjoy :p)

The dinner was superb! The food that entered my stomach are as follows: Lobster, fresh oyster, fresh mussle, fresh tuna and salmon, crab, blue cheeze, lamb satay, abolone, jelly fish, octopus, scallop, fish roe, sushi, appricot custard, chocolate dessert and of coz, some juice ^.^ (maybe I missed something, just can't remember wat I just ate :p)

Having a bloated stomach, I intend to sleep late tonight, erm~ so....exercise have to be delay 1 more day =.='''
Oh ya~ forgot to thank my big bro for that ^.^ u become more and more like a man d...hehe^.^ Thank You!!

Today's special

Today's special on the menu is ~~ chiang chiang~~ Bibimbap^.^

Its something like "nasi campur", but the campur is very campur de~ meaning, u really have to use ur spoon to mix everything on the rice with the rice till thorough, then only start eating. Sounds very geli, but it is really delicious~

I tried to make it as Korean as possible, by having it with KimChi, and with a small plate of "ikan bilis" as side dishes.

It ended up quite beautifully~ but the taste~erm not quite that eaten in Korea, but similar, not too bad to swallow, since my mom who have quite a taste bud did not say that it is tasteless or that it is geli like wat my dad made the week before^.^ hehe~

Will post the pic of the dish I made in 2 day's time~ so~ just try to imagine it first~

p/s: big bro haven't have his dinner~ I wonder how he thinks of the dish+.+

Potato Salad

This is today's special^.^

Recipe:
6 potatoes (Holland)
4 eggs
1 yellow onion
pepper
salt
mayonnaise

Boil potato with skin. Boil eggs to hard-boiled.
Cut potato, boiled eggs and onion into bite size.
Mixed gently with mayonnaise (until u syok :P).
Add pepper and salt to taste.

It turned up to be ok~ since I didn't follow everything that have to be added into a potato salad, since I hate celery and stuff~ so~ I only add those things I like eating^.^

~Uni and Jusco~

Woke up at 8am today~felt contented, having to wake up late on weekdays~
When to mamak for roti telur and teh tarik as usual order at the mamak. Felt wonderful to get an actual breakfast, not only to rush to class with only milo.

Then, all I see in uni is notes, but of coz, there's little chat here and there btw the 三剑客 ^.^
Have cheap cheap, big big lunch at uni --> nasi lemak(mamak thing again:p)...

After class, when I was at the traffic light, struggling either to U-turn to Jusco, or turn right back home...the force of Jusco wins~
Went in, look around in the hand bag corner coz its sales~ can't control the magnetic force... but ended up with nothing.
Then, to speedy video, searching for Haydn, my favourite symphony composer for the time being~ I thought the CD would cost 40+ or 50+, but ended up its only RM19.90. The tempt is so great that I bought it, fearing that the sound might not be as good~ coz it have chinese words on the cover~ as u know, made in china stuff, really have to test before buy in bulk.

Then....Takoyaki^.^ y tako? coz its quite cheap, RM3.90, in which can make me feel contented with the taste and the crave for something~ its worth it^.^

The luckiest thing for the day is~~when I go wash my hands after back home, b4 taking of my lenses, a lizard dropped in front of me instead of on top of me....how lucky^.^

"interesting" stuff ^.^

This is one of my favourite desert~ tau fu far~ but then, this is from Setapak, so, not as delicious as that of Penang...but when crave for the taste, anything that mimics the taste can be accepted.
This 1st picture is when 1st bought, 2nd pic is when its ready for me to eat:p

Look geli?? but its how I eat tau fu fah^.^

Next is something I will buy everytime I go pasar malam ~chao tau fu~ a.k.a "smelly tau fu", which its name implies, its smelly, but not reach super stage yet...so~ so so lor~ just for me to remember that taste I have had in Shanghai 5 years ago~


Lastly, is a weird upside down KFC cup~ What's inside??
Notice that there is cellophane tape on the bottom of the cup?
Its a temporary "cage" I use to catch cockroach that flew into my room. How long will temporary be?? Until I think the cockroach die inside the cup d ^.^ and the cellophane~ is to prevent the cockroach to crawl out.
U must be wondering y I wan it to die naturally and not to tekan it till die...coz~ I think its geli, having all the "juice" come out of the cockroach

Dunkin' Donuts

It's my 1st time to try Dunkin' Donuts~ its quite expensive though~ bout RM2.10 each~ but its just for a personal experience, nvm la~ can't always live in the 1900 age right~

Dunkin donuts is sort of donuts that are "dunk in" something~ e.g. chocolate, chocolate chips, sugar sprinkles, nuts, etc....
But wat I can imagine the flavour and that I am dare to try is only those with chocolate, coz if its yucky, then~ I still can tahan the taste with the lovely, super "orgasmic" chocolate :p (pai sei~ quote the word from "u know who" ^.^)

After eatin, its kind of addicted~ donno it's coz of the thick chocolate, or its the super combination of both....

Roast Goose

Dad bought a roast goose from Hong Kong for me "at my request" :p
It's because the roast goose is a delicacy in Hong Kong, in which I find it very delicious...Can't stop thinking bout the taste after I 1st tasted it 2 years before.

So~ can u ever imagine such beautiful, eligant, graceful creature

Coffee in Oldtown

Today's lunch...or I should say tea is at old town...coz when I have that, it's already bout 3pm~

The funniest thing is that I didn't bring my purse to uni today, BUT, I still wan go makan with my frens:p The more jia lat thing is~ I still want to shopping...with my gatal hands -.-'''
I've got no money to pay for my food, didn't bring my jusco card, so have to pinjam from fren also to pay the parking...then~ still, went to Watson to buy the girly stuff -.-'''

Ok~ this is the photo of a cup of coffee in oldtown, which in my dad's point of view, a standard cup of coffee have to be like this:
The old town coffee really superb! The taste even without adding sugar is very smooth like silk on the tongue, then the taste and smell goes smoothly through the throat, passing the aroma into the nasal passage.
Erm....did old town gave me any advertisement fee?? :p
Anyway~ it's just a superb cup of coffee with the silky taste, smooth feeling on the tongue, the excellent sensation that excite ur nerves....wow~keat!
