credit cards for summon

Heard bout paying bills online, for phone, electicity, water, internet...how bout summon??

Here comes the "In" thing~
The Malaysian traffic force is going to apply the payment of summon using credit cards, and its just a matter of time for the banks and credit card company to approve the process of payment.

In my opinion, this shouldn't be the case, as in paying summons with credit card...wat??? Its just not the right way to do things. Those ppl can just pay those papers like nothing have ever happen to their wallet, don't have any feeling of pain in the heart for paying for their mis-doings, and IF they just swipe their cards on the machine and later, they go bankrupt or they just can't pay back the money to the bank/company....so, the consequences is that they become the "victim" of credit card.
So, wat happens next?
newspaper and everything came out with the "bad"s of using credit cards, talking bout how many users never show up to pay the credit cards bills, how many ppl kill themselves with all those "payments that will nv be paid"...etc...etc... bla bla and blabla....
Then~ the government will "find solution" to solve the increasing credit card usage, limit the credit card users...etc...etc....

Ok~ here's the point....since its not yet a "problem" and therefore it doesn't need any "solution", so~ y want to find trouble with urself?? *duh*

Also, increasing usage of credit card without 1st measuring "how big is own head", its just not the right mentality to own a credit card....its just normal 3rd world mentality, with "vision" to move towards becoming "1st world" country....*duh* x2
